WOW! What an incredible year of events in Philadelphia! We are so proud of all of our members and partners who continue to elevate the city's meetings and events to new heights. ILEA Philadelphia invites you to honor this year of success as we accept nominations for exceptional events, experiences, and partnerships.
Celebrate yourself and your peers by submitting nominations for our annual Liberty Awards. This year, we are accepting applications for awards in the following categories:
Best Catered Event - This award honors excellence in catering; in the design and production of food and beverage, either on or off-premise for an event or event series. Eligible entrants include caterers, specialty bakeries, restaurants, facility operators, hotels, or any other entity that provides food and beverages to an event. Event types under consideration include corporate, social, non-profit, wedding, etc.
Best Event - This award honors excellence in event planning for an event or event series. Eligible entrants include corporate and non-profit event planning professionals, facility or venue managers, producers and managers of events, destination management companies or other entities that provide planning services for corporations, non-profits, individuals and/or live events. Events in this category may include but are not limited to, festivals and other large-scale events, award ceremonies, fundraisers, association and/or donor events, galas, employee or client appreciation celebrations, etc.
Best Entertainer/Entertainment Production - This category honors an outstanding entertainer or entertainment production for an event or event series. Eligible entrants include entertainment producers, choreographers, designers, event professionals or the performers of event entertainment.
Best Event Design/Décor - This category recognizes excellence in event design. Eligible entrants include any event professional whose products or services contribute to the look and feel of an event or event series. Category products and services include, but are not limited to, theme décor, floral/plant design, props, scenic/set design, temporary installations, exhibit or tradeshow booths, draping, furniture, linens and rentals.
Best Technical Production - This category recognizes excellence in the design and achievement of AV production and event support services for an event or event series. Eligible entrants include but are not limited to, audio/visual companies and other specialty services.
Best Event Capture - This category honors excellence in event capture through photography and/or videography. Eligible entrants must be photographers, videographers, drone operators, producers or video companies who produce visual recap services for an event or event series.
Best ILEA Team Effort - This award recognizes a team effort for an entire event or portion of an event. This category requires two or more companies/organizations; all must be ILEA members in good standing to be eligible.

The Early Bird Award Submission Deadline is Friday, June 14, 2024!
Final entries are due by Thursday, June 20, 2024.
