Who can enter the awards?
Entries for any category are open to event industry professionals and submissions are for ILEA Members only. All ILEA Members, regardless of Chapter affiliation, are eligible to apply.

Why should I enter the Liberty Awards?
The Liberty Awards are designed to acknowledge the talent, creativity and successes of all event industry professionals in the ILEA Greater Philadelphia Chapter. You work hard and deserve recognition for your professional excellence. By entering the Liberty Awards, you are able to demonstrate the high caliber of your company and to highlight your work to other professionals and potential clients. It is a clear indicator of what makes you stand apart from your competition and is a great benefit for members of the Chapter.
Who judges the awards?
In order to maintain complete fairness in the judging, ILEA Liberty Awards will be judged by ILEA members from other ILEA chapters outside of the Northeast Region. Once the entry is submitted to the Liberty Awards Administrator, all entries will be sent to the anonymous judging ILEA chapter. The judging results are returned directly to the Submissions Chair, who will supply the information about the winning entries to the President and Immediate Past President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter. All of the entries must be anonymous. It is critical to understand that no mention of your or your client’s company name, facility, or vendors are allowed in the entries.
ILEA member rates
Early Bird Single Submission Fee: $40.00. Until May 21, 2019.
Early Bird Team Submission Fee: $40.00 per applicant. Until May 21, 2019.
Regular Single Submission Fee: $50.00. As of May 22, 2019.
Regular Team Submission Fee: $50.00 per applicant. As of May 22, 2019.
*Final Submissions due by June 13, 2019.
